At the Lighthouse, our morning drop-off summer art camps are designed to be more than just crafts. Each week offers a thoughtful blend of creativity, mindfulness and self-expression in a calm, cozy space where kids can be themselves.
Through guided art projects, sensory exploration and imaginative play, children build confidence, connect with others and create meaningful works of art to take home.
Join for 1 week or all 4 with new themes each week. Camps run from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Inspired by the natural world, this week brings animals, flowers, and organic textures into the creative process. We’ll explore earthy materials, calming color palettes and art inspired by nature’s beauty.

A playful, sensory-rich exploration of color through painting, texture, and imagination. Kids will experiment with different materials, discover how colors make them feel and create vibrant, expressive artwork.

Kids imagine and design their own unique characters, from heroes to magical beings, and bring them to life through art. This week focuses on storytelling, creativity and confidence, encouraging kids to express their ideas in fun and imaginative ways.

We’ll explore different places, cultures and landscapes through art. From dream destinations to meaningful places, kids create inspired pieces that reflect curiosity, imagination and connection to the world around them.

Inspiration Station
We begin with a guided, sensory-based experience to introduce the week’s theme through color, texture and imagination.

Create + Explore
The inspiration continues with hands-on art projects inspired by the weekly theme, with space for creativity and individuality.

Express Yourself
A favorite day of the week. Kids design their own “merch” (bag, hat, etc.) inspired by who they are and what they love.

Special Guest Star
A local artist joins us to share their creative process and a simple technique. We will create our own project inspired by what we learned.

Memory Book
Each child creates a personal keepsake with photos, artwork and little treasures from the week, plus a collaborative mural.
