Hi, I’m Jess. I left my 20 year career leading teams at Google and other Fortune 500 companies, where I coached hundreds and led thousands of professionals through change, to open Lighthouse Wellness Studio.

I began my pivot to wellness after experiencing the debilitating effects of burnout and chronic illness. I opened my private practice in 2022 as a credentialed somatic practitioner, blending evidence-based tools for nervous-system regulation with intuitive, heart-centered care.

With 25 years of expertise designing and facilitating learning and development experiences, I specialize in nervous system support, embodied leadership and creating restorative, high-impact experiences for personal and professional groups and individuals to help increase capacity, reduce stress and lead with clarity, connection and resilience.
