Our teaching staff includes credentialed teachers and practitioners focused on child development through nervous system regulation and mindfulness through creativity.

Meet the Instructor

Jess Beaucamp, Founder, Holistic Practitioner, Teacher

Jess has been teaching and facilitating for 25+ years - from preschool to college students, to personal and professional growth and development for adults.

With a focus in early developmental and adolescent trauma, Jess supports emotional and nervous system regulation across all ages and stages of life by creating a safe, loving and healing space for babies, children, adults and families. After leaving her 20 year corporate career, Jess created the Lighthouse with one simple intention: to bring people together in a safe, loving, healing space.
