This weekly class integrates gentle movement, meditation and mindfulness practices that you can bring home to elevate your daily rituals. Allow space to be held for you with an ever-changing class experience that is personalized to the group each week.

Support your physical, emotional and mental health as you flow through:

- Mindfulness practices to quiet your mind and reconnect with the present moment

- Gentle somatic exercises to bring relief to chronic pain or physical discomfort, including hips, back, neck, jaw and overall well-being

- Deep theta wave meditation to release old emotions, traumas or limiting beliefs you no longer wish to carry

This class is adapted to all skill and mobility levels. No previous experience needed. Drop-in once or join us weekly. We hope to see you there!

Meet Your Instructor

Jess Beaucamp, Founder, Holistic Practitioner, Teacher

Jess has been teaching and facilitating for 25+ years - from preschool to college students, to personal and professional growth and development for adults.

With a focus in early developmental and adolescent trauma, Jess supports emotional and nervous system regulation across all ages and stages of life by creating a safe, loving and healing space for babies, children, adults and families. After leaving her 20 year corporate career, Jess created the Lighthouse with one simple intention: to bring people together in a safe, loving, healing space.
