Jess has been teaching and facilitating for 25+ years - from preschool to college students, to personal and professional growth and development for adults.
With a focus in early developmental and adolescent trauma, Jess supports emotional and nervous system regulation across all ages and stages of life by creating a safe, loving and healing space for babies, children, adults and families. After leaving her 20 year corporate career, Jess created the Lighthouse with one simple intention: to bring people together in a safe, loving, healing space.
