Sometimes you’re looking for a reset to feel calm and grounded. Others, you’re moving through something that requires more consistent guidance and care.

Below are three ways we can work together, depending on what you need.

    An intentional time-bound container where we work together over a period of time - allowing for deeper integration, real-time support and lasting change.

  • Support within community

    An option for those seeking deeper change without the investment or commitment of 1:1 support. Learn, grow and transform alongside others in a safe, trusted, intimate group.

  • Support in the moment

    An option to book a single session or come in as often as it feels supportive, without the long-term commitment. A great options to feel more calm, grounded and to reset after a stressful period.

1:1 Somatic Support

 

Support through something.

There are moments when a single session isn’t quite enough.

You might be navigating stress, transition, burnout, grief or simply feeling unlike yourself; and you don’t want to move through it alone.

This is a more intentional, time-bound container to work together over a period of time, allowing for deeper integration, real-time support and lasting change.

The space between

The sessions themselves are important;
but often, the real shift happens in the space between.

In the moments after a session ends.
In the middle of your day.
When something unexpected comes up.

This is where things can feel unclear, unfamiliar or even overwhelming.

And it’s also where the deeper integration happens.

With ongoing support, you’re not left to navigate that space on your own.

You have support in the moments in between, so you can stay connected to yourself, trust what’s unfolding and move through it with more grace and ease.

Each ongoing support engagement includes:

  • 60-minute 1:1 sessions

  • Support in the moments in between (voice note + text)

  • Personalized, intuitive guidance

  • A time-bound container designed to support you through a specific season

This is not therapy, and it’s not designed to be ongoing forever.

It’s a focused, intentional experience to help you move through something and come out the other side with more trust, clarity and support.

    A starting point to build awareness, regulation and capacity.

    You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply not like yourself. Together, we focus on settling your system so you can feel more grounded and supported, as you find your way back to yourself.

    Gentle guidance and integration practices

  • ALIGN

    Begin to shift how you move through your life

    For deeper integration.

    As your system becomes more supported, we begin working with the patterns, choices and dynamics that are keeping you stuck; so you can move through your life with more clarity and ease.

    6–8 x 60-minute sessions

    Support in the moments in between (voice note + text)

    Personalized guidance and real-time support

  • TRANSFORM

    Create meaningful, lasting change

    A more immersive container for deeper transformation.

    We work together over time to rewire patterns, build new ways of relating to yourself and others and support lasting shifts in how you feel and show up.

    10–12 x 60-minute sessions

    Ongoing integration and deeper support

Somatic Group Support

 

Support within community.

Small, curated groups designed to build momentum over time and feel held within community. A beautifully supportive way to go deeper without the investment or commitment of individual ongoing support.

Coaching cohorts

There’s something powerful about doing this work in a shared space.

This 4-week series brings together a small group for a guided, in-person experience; designed to help you regulate your nervous system, build momentum and feel supported alongside others.

How it works:

Each cohort includes:

  • A small, intentionally curated group

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions

  • Guided somatic practices and reflection

  • Space for connection and shared experience

  • Check-ins between groups

  • A consistent container over four weeks

These are not drop-in classes. Each group grows together and requires a commitment to attend all 4 sessions.

Groups will be coordinated based on interest and availability. Investment starts at $300 per 4-week series.

  • NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET

    Start here. This series will build the foundation to begin regulating your nervous system, releasing stress and feeling more embodied.

    Learn more about your nervous system and stress response as you listen to your body’s signals and trust your intuition. Find the self-care rituals and practices that feel right for you.

    Prerequisite: 0-3 group or 1:1 sessions

  • REWIRE

    Continue your transformation. This series will introduce more advanced techniques to rewire your brain and integrate primitive reflexes.

    Build upon the foundation to begin recognizing patterns and limiting beliefs, in order to rewire and create lasting change. Listen to your heart and follow the path that lights up toward your dreams.

    Prerequisite: 4-8 group or 1:1 sessions / or Nervous System Reset

  • TRANSFORM

    Embody your transformation. This series will facilitate the transition between healing and manifesting your dreams.

    Identify your needs, find your voice, set stronger boundaries and embody your worthiness. Find balance to come back to yourself as you navigate the excitement and unknowns of life.

    Prerequisite: 9+ group or 1:1 sessions / or Rewire

A single session designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension and reconnect to your body.

This is a great option if you’re looking to:

  • Feel more calm and grounded

  • Reset after a stressful period

  • Take care of yourself in a meaningful way

A little bit about me…

Founder, Somatic Practitioner, Facilitator

Hi, I’m Jess Beauchamp. I left my 20 year career leading teams at Google and other Fortune 500 companies, where I coached hundreds and led thousands of professionals through change, to open the Lighthouse.

I began my pivot to wellness after experiencing the debilitating effects of burnout and chronic illness. I opened my private practice in 2022 as a credentialed somatic practitioner, blending evidence-based tools for nervous-system regulation with intuitive, heart-centered care.

With 25 years of expertise designing and facilitating learning and development experiences, I specialize in nervous system support, embodied leadership and creating restorative, high-impact experiences for personal and professional groups and individuals to help increase capacity, reduce stress and lead with clarity, connection and resilience.
