Mindful Flow with Yas

A slow, intentional practice where breath leads movement. Poses are repeated thoughtfully so students can focus on breath and body instead of anticipating what’s next. Each class begins with grounding and breathwork, includes balance postures for focus and ends in a deeply restorative Savasana with an optional essential oil forehead massage. This practice emphasizes presence and mindful connection to the body over performance or perfection. 

Max 8 students, creating an intimate and focused practice space.
