Spring Seasonal Sound Bath Journey in Carmel

Sunday, March 22nd 12-2PM PST - Hybrid in person in Carmel-by-the Sea and virtual

Join me for a seasonal Sound Bath and Medicine Journey. This quarterly seasonal experience is a beautiful combination of tools and practices that have shaped my own connection to Spirit, and are intended to help you transition through the seasons and connect to yourself.

Together we will experience:

  • Breathwork

  • Guided Journeywork/Meditation Journey

  • Crystal Chakra Bowl Sound Bath

  • Oracle Card for additional guidance for your season

Class will be held live at Lighthouse Wellness in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA with an option to attend virtually via Google Meet. The virtual link will be sent out to all participants 24 hours before class, and recording will be available for 1 month after class.
